I have been intrigued by the E2L book. So I thought I might as well give it a shot because I love his concept. I am obese, and slowly getting a lot of aches and pains, asthma, allergies, you name it. So it is especially important to me that I really work hard at this to make it work. I'm only on day two and I'm having a hard time on figuring out what to eat for meals. I feel like everything revolves around beans and tomato type dishes. Am I just not opening up my eyes? I know a lot of times one will get stuck at the beginning of a way of eating because he's not use to it. I think that is where I'm at. I am just staring in the fridge not knowing what to do all the sudden. How long is this going to last? Also...Nalley vegetarian chili beans, are they okay to eat? I can't quite seem to figure out if they are alright or not. Any advice or websites would be appreciated. I spent all day yesterday staring at websites to figure out what to eat.
