I wouldn't really call 5 days at the same weight a plateau, expecially then you are so close to your target weight. Weighing in that often seems conterproductive, because normal wieght varies a little day to day, expecially in women. Have you started your menstral cycle again. This may be your body preparing for that. You said you can't eat all the recommended fruits and wegetables, and I can sypathize with you there. The important question is what are you eating instead? You don't want to overdue the nuts or grains to save time. I eat smoothies almost everyday, because they are an easy way to get extra fruit and weggies in. The bulk of the stuff shrinks when blended. How huch salt are you consuming? Don't get discouraged, weight loss is always the slowest when you get close to your target weight. Eat more raw veggies, stop stressing and enjoy feeling healthy. Congratulations on the new baby!
