trust me, i use to eat about ten apples a day under the guise that they were super healthy, and also because i could live on fruit lol. Went to a dietitian , who told me to cut back to two...after almost a year, after experimenting with different serving numbers, I'm down to four pieces a day...that's ok. Still, if you want to lose weight, cut fruit down. And try replacing celery for some of your fruit cravings.
