Hello again,

To anyone having read the book or talked with dr Fuhrman, could you please clarify this to me? Dr Fuhrman says that our diet mustn't be fruit based. I come to ask why is that? Is it because fruits are not the most nutrient density foods, or is it because fruits and too much fruit sugars can acctually weaken health and promote fungal infections??

I mean to say that it is quite difficult to get sufficient calories from vegetables, whether they are cooked or raw, while fruits can give adequate calories while they are quite - if not very - nutritious. But if is experience and knowledge says that fruit aggravate fungal issues or other problems, then that is a different and serious matter that has to be taken into consideration.

Any clues on this???

Thank you !
