I started ETL primarily as a way to be more healthy, not for weight loss (5'6" 135# when I started). I also follow an intense exercise routine (CrossFit), and with these two combined I found myself down to 119# in less than six weeks. I felt great and it was nice to see the last ab pudge go, even though some of my sheer strength numbers dropped a bit. However, some friends and family actually expressed concern that I had lost too much weight and was "withering" away. Since I'm not a big person to begin with, I can see their point. Or maybe they were not used to the skinnier me? Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar too thin experience, and where you went with it.
