Hello...I would like to suggest going to Walmart or some other place where vitamins are sold (I order from Puritan.com)...get the 3 Billion Acidopholis (if you can or take enough to meet that amount)capsules and take one morning...noon and night. Acidopholis is wonderful...believe me! I have had this problem and even though I did notice a difference when I started Eat To Live...I still needed extra help for a while.
Everyone is different..so the amounts vary. I found this wonderful help, from another forum, where a lady MD was giving advice. It changed my life, when I read what she said. Once you feel you are regulated you can cut back on the acidopholis. After you have been on Eat To Live for a while you will notice you no longer have the problem...hopefully!?
Yeast only grows on 'dead' (cooked) food. I have never been able to figure out why it has been said that fruit aggravates it, being fresh fruit isn't dead? I hope I am making sense?
I am so sold on Eat To Live...I love it! At the same time...you have to do, what you have to do...and taking acidopholis is better than getting discouraged and thinking that Eat To Live isn't helping you.
Not everyone would want to do something else that I do, when I do feel that yeast is taking over...it is raw garlic. I keep mine broken into cloves in the freezer. I take out one clove..slice and dice it very small. Then just swallow it down like tiny pills. It works well for yeast too.
If I behave myself and stick to Eat To Live I am fine...but at times I go crazy and eat sweets or other refined foods and it flares up after a while. I'm just one that seems to get it easy?
I am mainly telling you this so you won't get discouraged and quit Eat To Live, thinking it won't help you, because it will!
