UGH.....I usually lose weight fast when I start running 3 to 4 miles a day, and just eating smarter in general. Like smaller portions, and no candy. BUT, now that I'm trying to diet again to lose like 15 pounds, I'm having the hardest time. The only thing I can think of is I have been eating a lot of fruit throughout the day. Soooo, I think eating too much of it is not the best thing if you're trying to lose weight. Thats just my personal experience =(
