Hi, Sounds pretty healthy to me, and I don't see why you couldn't go on with it if you like. Just be sure to get salt-free canned beans, since otherwise the canned beans will be high in sodium. Also, you are eating a lot more beans than I would be able to, so make sure you don't over-do it to the point where you fill up on the beans and don't have room for plenty of veggies, and at least 4 fresh fruits, as well as your nuts and seeds. BTW, I'm assuming you are probably at a healthy weight, and not trying to lose or gain. Is that correct? Anyway, best of luck! Claudia
