18 year old here. I buy three cans of mixed beans daily and I eat them for lunch and dinner. To them I add lot of cooked veggies. I have a big salad a day with greens and nuts and breakfast of fruits, nuts and seeds. My favorite this month are melons, grapes, strawberries and banana. I take an organic multi.
I eat like this everyday and I love it! What do you think? Should I cook something different, add grains, make recipes or can go on with this diet?
