Hello Lenore. I hear ya on the sweets thing, that's my downfall too. I'm interested in making some of his sorbets. I did ETL for a while in 2006, and got my numbers lower than they'd ever been. It just seemed so different from what I was used to that I gave in to excuses. Take care. Amie
