HI. Thanks for the post. Right now I've been sicker than I ever have been before. I was in bed for the past three days with a double ear infection and sinus infection. I'm hoping and praying that once I am better I will continue to eat the Eat to Live plan and stop these stupid sinus infections that have plagued me for years and years. I really need and want to lose weight. I am losing hope that it will ever be a posibility for me. I don't even want to dream about it anymore. I really thank you for telling me your sucess story.
