Hi Lenore! Wow are you in for a treat with Dr.Fuhrmans plan. It is incredible and you will lose your toxic cravings and hunger, be full and lose your weight....I lost weight and have lost all cravings..it took a couple months to be rid of them but it will happen. This is also for longevity. Have you read the book? Fabulous. This is revolutionary. I met Dr.F and his family last August..this plan changed my life!!
