Subject:	Loaned out my book... help with a recipe?

Hi all,
I've been doing 90% eat to live for almost a year and love it....

I recently loaned out my book to someone and forgot to copy some of the recipes first.

Can I ask someone to send me the ingredient list and directions for a recipe in the back of Eat to Live that has portabella mushrooms, beans, tomatoes?

I would greatly appreciate it ... don't want the mushrooms to rot!!
