You can get most products at your local grocery store. I live on Vancouver Island and Thrifty foods is my favorite store. But of the biggger stores on the mainland I like save-on-foods the best for their organic and bulk selections.
Any specialty items like low salt organic soup stocks, miso(Fermented soy product, very salty, good in soup/marinades), healthy snacks, ecetera can be found at most health food stores. Capers in Vancouver is very fun to explore but I'm not too sure about the location of any stores in Richmond.
I think that the main thing with ETL is eat your GREENS and veggies. Avoid processed or baked foods, and dairy. Eat good food unitl you are satisfied so that you don;t feel like snacking on less wholesome foods.
Also like any healthy way of life, get your excercise.
Check out www.diseaseproof.com for daily tidbits of information regarding ETL.
Good Luck and happy new year!
