Hi Everyone,

I have gained about 50 lbs in 23 years. My weight, blood pressure and cholesterol has gone up.I'm 44 yo.

I tried Zocor, 3 months ago and it made me sick, my doctor didn't think so, but I know!!
I had my gallbladder removed about 3 month ago too.

My new doctor did another cholesterol test and here's the result:

Total: 242(normal should be 200)
LDL:150 (normal should be 100)
HDL: 80 (great)
Triglycerides:95(great)

I started Lipitor 2 weeks ago and can't take it either.
So I have switch my diet and adding flax seeds, and oatmeal, fruit vegies, beans, ect.....

I must do something about it, I'm glad I'm tall (5.8) since I weigh 192.
