I decided to try to slow my weight loss. I'm eating steamed leafy vegetables instead of salad. I'm not crazy about salad and I get sick of it if I have it more than once a week. I love steamed vegetables for the Asian market. There are so many different varieties: I can't bore of them. I'm trying to limit my weight loss less than a pound a week by monitoring my calories but it's still a bit higher. My goal is around 117 and I'm currently 143 so I have a bit go. Current BMI 26.2 and my current target is 21.4.
