Hi All,
I am a new ETL dieter - in fact just embarked upon my 6-Week ETL plan 48 hours ago.
I love the diet since I can enjoy lots of fruit every day (I eat about 8 fruits per day) and I also am surprised that I don't feel hungry or lightheaded since I am eating apart from vegetables lot's of beans, chickpeas (hummus beans)and lentils.
I have a few questions which I would really appreciate if someone here can address:
a. Is it really no problem to eat 8 fruits per day - will I actually lose weight?
b. What about lentils? also unlimited? will this not prevent weight loss?
c. What kind of weight loss pattern should I expect - rapid 1st week weight drop or a weight loss that only kicks in after the body has "adjusted"?
