Claudia -- Even though I was not the OP, I read and truly appreciate your thoughtful and detailed reply. I'm very familiar with the shakiness and "I have to eat NOW" feeling, since I get it nearly every day late in the afternoon. Even though I'm doing ETL, I'm *still* getting this feeling and I really have to eat at that point...or I'll go mad! So, when it hits, I've been eating a piece of fruit.
I have a couple of questions for you, if you have the time to answer:
1) Will this feeling eventually go away as long as I'm following ETL? And, if you could guess, about how long will it take before it does go away?
2) I find that I have to eat maybe even more than I physically feel I want to in order to have a meal big enough to tide me over until the next meal. Is this the common experience on ETL?
I just start ETLing last week, but I've been following a fat-free vegan diet for several months now, so the transition was not very difficult.
TIA for any info and help. Much appreciated.
