I am just starting the ETL plan. Today's my first day actually. One thing that really surprised me upon reading the book is how it says (on pag 179, where he describes what foods are unlimited/limited/off limits)) that between-meal snacks are forbidden. Why is that? Wouldn't be easier to meet my quota of raw veggies if I could snack on some? Same for fruit. Plus I am really used to having smaller meals and snacks, rather than 3 square meals, it keeps me from going overly hungry and experiencing pain or fatigue. What is your take on this?
