thats a bit tough...but I will try...I make all our bread. I suppose I can make only bread for the kids which is lighter(more unbleached to whole wheat) and skip mine...but I usually make a very heavy wheat for myself...full of grains and such. Sigh...

I love potatoes too..so this will be a challenge...

how about oatmeal for breakfast? I dont do so well on just fruit yet...maybe I will eventually, but not yet.

I also wanted to know if I should avoid corn? Can I have either raw corn(on the cob) or can I eat frozen corn? What about cooked carrots and sweet potatoes?

thanks.

yesterday went well although I think.
I had:
2 small pineapple pancakes topped with crushed pineapple and slices of orange and apple on the side.

Lunch: Large Salad and bowl of chile and one small piece of cornbread.

Snack: small bananna

Dinner: med salad(leftover from lunch), a cup of cooked spinach and bowl of chile and one small piece of cornbread and a fresh green onion.

Oh and I went grocery shopping and got lots of lettuce, berries(frozen) and more veggies for the week....I also got a salad spinner...any tips on using this? Ive never had one. Do you tear up the lettuce before putting it in here and then wash it? Then do you store the lettuce in it?

Donna
