I was just thinking that I can keep a food journal...but maybe there would be days I'd forget. I'd like to track at least a few weeks of foods to see what my calorie intake is.

I have to lose A LOT of weight...but I want to know what works and what doesn't for me. For example...I want to figure out if I can eat home made whole grain bread vs a potato for my metabolism....I like veggie sandwiches and love meals of salad and rolls....

So Im trying to get this all figured out before I go shopping!

PS: I was able to find a used copy of the book yesterday and I have one on the way too....guess I have my purse copy. LOL!
