Ive been a McDougaller for quite some time but Im branching out hoping for more weight loss...basically this sounds like a nice balanced way to increase my veggie eating. Im 197lbs....been at this weight since losing my initial weight(30lbs) last Summer(June- August).
I work out 3x a week at our local ymca and I rarely eat animal products(about 1xper month or so)
I need advice on starting out. I have ordered the book and expect it by the end of this next week.
What are the recommended breakfast foods?
I dont think I can get away with salads for every meal...what are some ideas to start with?
If I make my own breads..are they allowed? How much honey or raw sugar if any???
