made with whole grain flour and juice. I whiz some brown rice flour and tomato juice in a blender to prevent lumping making a thin slurry. Put in a skillet and bring to a boil until thick. You do have to whisk it while it is heating. Use it on any vegetable. Carrot juice also works pretty well and you can add any herbs or spices that you like.
