I have been a member of his online service for over a year and it has well been worth the money. His newsletters alone are worth the subscription much less others' ideas and successes, his quick and great responses to questions in the "Ask the Doctor" forum, and the variety of recipes posted by his website and other viewers. The first few months I did not utilize all the resources available and did not get my money's worth. However, once I invested some time in the website the rewards outweighed the investment. For me, it is a situation where I get out of it what I put into it. I recommend this service to all ETLers and others who are seeking to be extremely healthy or reverse disease!
