How about adding ground flax seed, hemo seed and walnuts to your diet? Flax oil is refined and is not as good for you as unprocessed flaxseed. Just grind up a cup or so in a blender or coffee grinder and store it in the freezer. Add a tablespoon or two to your spoothies, oatmeal or other dishes.
