Subject:	Difference between the diets of Drs' Fuhrman and McDougall?

Can anyone tell me if I am correct in stating that Dr. McDougall's site is no longer available on vegsource?

I am interested to know of anyone who has been on Dr. McDougall's diet and decided to come on over to Dr. Fuhrman's protocol?

I ask because I recently watched a clip of a discussion from a video on the recent vegsource gathering. It was about the difference between the 2 Dr's diets and Dr. Fuhrman stated that he had had a # of people come to him who had not being doing so well eating more star
ch than he advises. Shifting to more greens and less starch helped them.

I just wondered if anyone had experience of this.
