Based on Dr. Fuhrman's recommendations is somewhere around 145(probably give or take 5#). Perhaps a little higher if you are muscular. Many people lose "weight" very quickly in the beginning(10 pounds is not a lot compared to some). Mostly, this is your body losing water weight. I wouldn't worry about it. Your body will settle into its' right weight. Good luck! Jen
