However I did ask any questions, so I can't give any further details
on it. I would suggest researching it yourself.
I have heard great reports from Dr Doug Grahams fasting program
in Costa Rica. I know several people who have fasted with him and
achieved great results. They said they were in perfect comfort,
exceptionally well cared for, and are closely monitored each day.
There are also hours and hours of lectures on fitness health a nd
nutrition, so it is a great value.
