Dear Linda,
So sorry I have not replied to your post. Only saw your message today. Oct2nd2006.
Funnily, (I have been suffering badly with my arthritis for most of this year)and I checked out Dr. McDOugall's site.
I posed a question of 'why is arthritis SO hard to shift?). Not really expecting any answers as hardly anyone seems to bring this disease up.
Seems strange to me as there are millions of people who have it, and I know that both Dr. F, and Dr. M. have had enourmous success with such patients.
\anyway, I recieved loads of replies, and 2 people had had RA very badly, and both are now symptom free. Terrific news I was delighted to hear.
However, BOTH told me that there are no half measures. One, uses huge amounts of raw veggies, and the other doesn't eat any nuts/seeds/legumes, or grains, at all.
What did you do? Did you use Dr. M's diet to free yourself? Have you found that you cannot eat say, any of the nightshade family veggies, the so called citrus fruits?
Did you swirch to Dr. F's diet, and if so why?, and has it made any difference to you at all?
If you have the time I'd love to hear your story.
I wish health for you always.
Regards.
