Yes, Dr. Fuhrman reccomends TrueNorth Health Education Center in California. It has been in operation since 1984.

My wife and I fasted there in 1999. We each did a two-week fast and one-week refeeding. It was a wonderful experience and we learned a lot. It is a pleasant environment that allows you to rest and revitalize. They have educational talks throughout the week that are very good.

I am sure there are places in Europe that you can go to for a water-only fast. I keep hearing they are there but without any names.
