Lena,
I have the same problem. I eat soaked orgainic raw nuts and seeds. Soaking releases the enzyme inhibitors. I soak all seperately in filtered water about 7 hrs or overnight (more water than nuts), except cashews, for some reason you're only supposed to soak them 6 hours. Then rinse. They can be mixed together and ground up in a food processor and sprinkled on salads or in wraps. Or pureed to make delicious sauces.
ex:

Cream Sauce
1/2 cup cashews (soaked)
1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked)
1 teas lemon juice
1/4 teas sea salt
1 tablsp water
Blend in food processor until creamy.

Books:Alissa Cohen "Living on Live Foods' or Gabriel Cousens "Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine"

For extra calories I put coconut oil or coconut cream on everything.

Hope this helps.
