I AM NOT AN EXPERT AT THIS SUBJECT BY ALL MEANS, HOWEVER, I HAVE JUST BEGAN A "DETOX" WHICH REQUIRED AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE ITEMS I WAS EATING. IN MY CASE, I DO BELIEVE THAT THE MORE FRUITS & VEGGIES I CONSUME, THE LESS CRAVING I HAVE FOR THE RED MEAT, DAIRY AND THE CARBS...WHICH WERE ALL MY FAVORITES. BUT I HAVE TO SAY, THE SALADS I MAKE ARE FULL (SPINACH, MIXED GREENS, BROCOLLI, CARROTS, SNOW PEAS, ETC..)AND THEREFOR, QUITE FILLING.
