The nursing may be causing your body to hold onto weight more. You may begin losing again once your child is weaned. My only advice is to focus on being healthy instead of losing weight. The reason for following ETL is nutritinal excellence, which will allow your body to have a stronger immune system to fight off illnesses and maximize your health. It will enable you to reach your ideal weight as well, just stick to it. You also might want to take into account that BMI doesn't factor in muscle. You may be losing fat but it isn't showing up because you're building muscle as well. Be patient. You are getting healthier. Just don't focus so much on the number on the scale or the BMI.
