The key with breastfeeding is to make sure you are getting at least 2 ounces of nuts, seeds or an avocado a day. These fats are essential while breastfeeding. You can even have more. Also should be taking a DHA, and if you are reasonably far north, should also be taking a supplement with vitamin d. Best, Josh
