throw some adzuki beans into the food processor and sometimes I'll throw in any spices that jump out at me from the spice rack. :)

I'm really proud of myself; I went for a 30 minute jog last night. It was around 8:30 and I didn't think I was going to do it, but I did! Let's hope I can keep this up.

45 minutes of exercise is great! I really wish I could get myself to do some strength training or something... Good luck with your exercise bike! :)
