is really hard to do and I usually end up falling off track (I know it's all psychological and not because I'm hungry).

For lunch, I had a lot more dip than salad and soup, so I skipped my dessert; I want to have room for more veggies at dinner (The apples I had for breakfast were HUGE, so I'm not worried about the 4 fruits minimum).

Really, this is one of my good days of keeping on track with my planned flogs. I attribute it to the support of my fellow E2Lers here and over at my blog (Nicole's doing amazing and it's really inspirational).

Can't wait to see what delicious foods you've eaten today, Joy!

I'm going to try for a 20 minute jog today as my exercise.
