You're kidding, right? An eating plan that tells you you MUST eat a pound of raw and a pound of cooked green vegetable daily as a start? I switch off between soups/stews, salads and vegetable medleys spiced with Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Tex-Mex, Asian or Cajun flair (or herbs). Twice a day-as much as I want! I love this way of life-you'll never drag me back to Dorito h*ll!
