Hi, I'd suggest three things for portable snack ideas. First, try Larabars not Luna Bars. Larabars are raw and have only 3-4 ingredients and are similar to Dr. F's date nut popems that he sells on his website. I LOVE the Cherry Pie Larabars and they are filling. I use them before a heavy duty aerobics class. Second, order some date nut pop-ems from Dr. F's website; I never have because of the Larabars' availability--but they are another option and would be filling. Third, defrost a whole bag of frozen peas overnight. Then, pack the peas in a rubbermaid container before you leave in the morning. Eat when hungry. Peas are very filling and are considered a great choice on Dr. F's program--even if you are in the first six weeks. Good luck!
