Are you sure there aren't healthier choices close by? I don't know Times Square, but there must be something within a short distance that would be healthier.
Have you tried something like date-nut popems? I know they're high-calorie, but it may be better to eat high-nutrient, high-calorie food than low-nutrient, high-calorie junk food. You may find they fill you better. They are certainly transportable.
Dr. Fuhrman also has at least one recipe for a banana/oat bar that should be easily stored when riding.
Do you have a lunch room where you can store food? If you could drop a bunch of food off there with your car on the weekend, you would then have some food to eat at lunch or whenever you can get to the break area.
With all the cycling you're doing, you should be able to lose weight.
