I eat potatoes everyday. Potatoes (white, red, yellow, purple, sweet, etc.) keep me full and satisfied for hours. Oatmeal for breakfast. I don't eat processed grains (no bread or pasta, basically no flour products) - whole foods only. Lots and lots and lots of veggies. Salad with every lunch and dinner. Lots of water. Exercise daily. Good luck no matter what program you follow - they are both very healthy.
