In E2L, did you read the part where he talks about fasting in regard to arthritis? In his fasting book he talks at length about curing RA using natural methods (fasting is a quick way to quickly reduce inflamation and eliminate pain, followed by an elimination diet to determine your various food triggers). But you will probably need to first wean yourself off the heavy duty drugs before attempting a fast. I would recommend that you join his online member site and ask him questions directly. He can very likely help you get off your meds and out of pain. (But you must be willing to dramatically change the way you eat.) In the meantime, you could read his book: "Fasting and Eating for Health". You can also read a lengthly post I wrote about fasting over on the VegScience forum. Here is a link: http://www.vegsource.com/talk/campbell/messages/9409.html Yes, you can be pain free. There is hope!
