I don't know how anyone could stay on this plan for more than a day or two. I've tried it and I've never felt so hungry or unsatisfied. For me, zero satiety value. Fine for a day or two, but after that, I'm ravenous. 2-3 daily servings of healthy, unrefined, unprocessed STARCHES are just essential for me to feel good. I feel a huge physical AND mental improvement when I have 3 servings minimum per day. I've tried numerous eating plans, for over 20 yrs. Hands down, the best for me, today and LONG-TERM: MCDOUGALL.
