Michael, aka Chumley,

I too have struggled since we've communicated about our battle with weight gain and binges. I've regained 20 lbs, but am not back to where I was a few years ago. However, 20 lbs is a lot of weight to regain and it has been hard to get on track. I'm doing SOME things right and I'm trying to focus on that--I still eat my favorite E2L breakfast (bananas and raw PB), have a huge salad for lunch, and have not eaten meat. But otherwise my eating habits leave a lot to be desired. Trying to get back on the 6-week plan again...but notice I say trying--that hasn't gotten me very far. One book I picked up that seems especially helpful is a book called Runaway Eating. It's a bit gentler and easier to read than Pleasure Trap, but has some great insights and suggestions. Maybe you'd like to pick up a copy?
In any case, know you are not alone. And it's
"never too late to start over again" per a famous song. I'm trying to keep that in mind too. Robin
