I'm afraid I will never convince my siblings to give up junk foods or meat or whatever stuff they eat but I hope that consuming the 2 ponds of veggies daily would protect them from their eating habits

That's the good thing about veggies, they're not calorically dense so even if you're eating lot of unnutritious foods you can always consume 2 pounds of super nutritious food and I wonder if that alone would protect them from diseases and deficiencies

By the way: I'm already a member of E2L Member Center but since two weeks I can't join the center because my credit card is forbidding transactions with E2L. I have already email them to ask an explanation but so far they don't know what the problem is and being this the only credit card I have I don't have an alternative
