Hi Davide, Short answer? Heck, yeah! If possible, I would challenge the sibs to consume the vegetables FIRST in the meal (we tend to eat more of the first thing we eat because we're hungry). If you can increase the health-supporting foods in the diet it can only help. And many, many people end up following E2L and other health supporting 'plans' as a process, so if you can at least get your loved ones pointed in the right direction, you're doing well (it took nearly 6 years of me being vegetarian and 3 years of being vegan for my partner to even begin moving toward healthier eating). I'm not a member of DF's member center, but many are from the YAHOO E2L group (it's free), so c'mon over if you'd like. It's an active, friendly, knowledgeable group! -Savannah
