Nice to know you are still around. I think your prices were good! Biggs and Kroger's for instance, typically sell a big bag of pre-washed Kale, non-organic mind you, for $2.99; and they sell a .9-.10 oz bag of mesculen greens for $2.50-2.99 depending on the week, again Non-organic. So again, the prices you got seem good...at least by my Midwest standards.
