Hi Rachel! Congrats on the weight loss! I, too, switched from McD to E2L. I tried the "what's cooking" here for awhile but this board is just really slow. There is a YAHOO E2L group that is very active (and free) and it's a great bunch of people. The only thing I see on your menu that might be enhanced is getting in the 1 tbs flax meal. Dr. F recommends continuing that even with weight to lose (I've lost ~100 and have ~40 more to go). Hope to see ya over on the Yahoo list! Savannah
