I keep a supply of ThinkOrganic bars at the house and try to throw one in the car. They are all natural, raw nuts and dried fruit without sodium (around 190 calories). Also, I try to cut up a couple of cups of celery and put it in the car in the morning to "munch" on. I have taken a cup of beans in the car, but it is a bit more tricky to eat on the go (although, I found carpool line to be a perfect place to enjoy a cup of beans).
