My DH has been gluten intolerant for over 30 years. Being vegan has helped tremendously, but he still has some problems from time to time. I personally think the best way to handle this problem is to go without any grain at all. Also, IMO, ETL is a better way to eat than most on Vegsource, mainly because of the lesser amount of grain used.

That said, there is a company that makes a very good GF bread, but I can't remember the name of it. We get it from a store nearly two hours away, but we're going there tomorrow, so I'll give you the email address when I get home.

Besides the intestinal problems, my DH has had skin eruptions too. These have been kept at bay for the most part. If only I could get him to stay away from any and all grain, that would be a good thing.
