Hi Claudia, I eat raw peanuts ground up--"raw PB"--which is allowed on E2L. Roasted and commercial PNUTs are not allowed--you are right about that. I lost 20 lbs on E2L eating this breakfast everyday. I know the preference is for almond butter, etc., but I do not prefer the taste of those butters. I got terrific results on the plan and am a huge fan of E2L!
